Stepping into the world of adulthood and exploring various professions is an exciting prospect for any young student. Recently, as a fifth grader, I had the extraordinary opportunity to visit JA Biztown—an interactive, real-world simulation that aims to teach young minds about the economy, business, and the responsibilities of being a citizen. Little did I know that this immersive experience would not only broaden my understanding but also lead to an unexpected honor—the Citizen of the Day award.
